FESTIVE FRIDAY 12

Hello and thanks for stopping by....

I didn't use any Christmas papers for this card.  Sometimes, when using 'traditional' colours you don't really need to add a lot more to your card

This is an 8" square white card base and I added the red and white checked paper to it

I used gold embossing powder to stamp the heart wreath and branches onto ivory card

I matted both onto a plain red card.  Before adhering to the card I glued 3 varying lengths of gold ribbon to the oblong piece of card and secured the ribbon onto the back of it

The wreath was also adhered to the card.  I used a quickie glue pen to add dots around the wreath and sprinkled red glitter onto them

I then stamped 2 of each baubles onto red card, added gold dots to the top bauble and gold glitter to the bottom one, for the longer ribbon I glued a red star to the bottom of it then attached 3 small gold bows as shown

The embellishments to the top right were made a while ago and I adhered those to the card

The bow was stamped onto glittered red card and fussy cut.  I used a gold paint pen around the edges

The glittered gold sentiment was glued to red card stock that had 3D mounting foam on the back

Hope to see you back tomorrow for our 'give-away' card
