MAN MONDAY!

Hi, welcome to my 'happy place'....

This is another background using the PVA glue, not everyone's cup of tea but I really like it and, I think, an ideal male card, even as a female card with a couple of adaptions!

I made several of the backgrounds, using different colours of glue, one of which is a glitter

It's a 6" square card and I left a border down each side

Three dies were used on the white card to create the horizontal border and, as you'll see on the photo below I did use 5 of the 'candi' pieces, didn't like how it looked when I photographed it so I removed one from each end

The sentiment was stamped onto white cardstock then die cut.  I used double foam mount so that the sentiment would stand proud of the border

Sorry about the glare!

  2. As Wendy says very different but works well. Haven’t tried this background. Will put on my ‘to do’ list.

  3. I love these backgrounds June - thank you for showing how to make a relatively simple but effective card.

  4. Very affective if placed with the right embellishments, which has been proved with these three cards, so modern
