A GOOD FRIEND & CARD WINNER
Hello & Welcome
Today's card is another one that is difficult to capture on a photograph
(why do I keep making them? LOL)
I used a pretty paper for the background and stamped the sentiment, and that's where the problem lies, on a kind of mottled.distressed gold paper. I've had both papers in my stash forever and a day but the card, in the flesh, is very legible! It is an 8" square, white card base with only one layer of the brown and gold patterned paper
I stamped the sentiment (make unknown) onto the gold mottled paper, using a StazOn Jet Black Ink Pad and added mounting foam to the back of it prior to adhering to the card base
I used Cosmic Shimmer Glossy Black PVA to create the faux pearls and dotted these around the card
The more 'true' colour is shown on the top card!
Plain white paper is inserted for the winner to write their own verse/words
