IN THE PINK
I think this is a stunning shade of pink, or would you call it fuchsia? Either way it's a beautiful colour
I created an 8" square card base, top folding. Then a smaller panel of white card another smaller panel of pink. This card was embossed
Then a 6" square panel of white card, followed by a smaller piece of pink card, were adhered together and on the back of the card I added lightweight card to give it dimension
This was adhered to the base card in a diamond shape
The sentiment was stamped and heat embossed onto white card and die cut using an oval die by Creative Expressions
I made a white frame by die cutting 2 oval dies 4 times and adhering them together . A smaller pink oval frame was die cut. This was adhered to the white stamped card then the white frame glued around it was glued into place
I used the Starflowers Die Set by John Lockwood to die cut numerous layers of pink flowers, shaped the petals and glued the layers together finishing with a white centre and a tiny black gem placed into the middle of it
The Starflower Leaves Die Set was used 3 times on white card then each leaf was shaped
The flowers were adhered to the card then the leaves and to complete 3 tiny black gems were glued into place inside the plaque
All the card used is by Papermill Direct and the texture and finish is gorgeous. It is excellent using a top quality card for your makes
