Morning all....

Another colour combo I really love is black and gold, I think it looks so decadent

This is a 5"x7" black card base and I used a gold paint pen to create the splatters

The 'leaping deer' was die cut 4 times on gold card, 3 die cuts were adhered together and the fourth had its head, part of its body and a little of its bum removed as I wanted to show the leaping deer with 4 legs as the die only gives it 2

The sentiment was stamped and embossed

I die cut 2 ovals in the same gold card and 2 smaller ovals in black card

The sentiment was also stamped and embossed using the same powder that is on the card front

As this week's stamp is only small I've also added the toppers to the give-away

Leave a comment by 6pm Saturday if you wish your name to be added to the draw and the winner will be announced on Sunday's blog post

  • leaping deer - Memory Box No 98390
  • both sentiments - unknown
  • light gold pearl embossing powder - WOW
  • oval dies - Creative Expressions
Until tomorrow....

  3. Such a beautiful card the colours go so well together. Whod have thought to add extra legs? I think i have a reindeer die and ill have to take notice how many legs it has. What a perfectionist you must be lol xxx

  4. Gorgeous card June and brilliant idea about the legs. Thank you for all your ideas.
