TO A BEAUTIFUL YOU
Good morning everyone....
I've used quite a few elements from various sources in my stash in making today's card
This is an 8" square white, scalloped edge card base and I scored the front of it at 4" so it would fold back on itself
On the inside page I used one paper from the 'It's A Girl!', an 8"x8" paper pad. This particular sheet is also textured
On white card I stamped and embossed the verse and die cut it
I used the same designer paper, as on the front of the card, to make the green rose and leaves. I added extra colour to the leaves whilst they were still in the die
The green designer paper is by Teresa Collins and was cut to size for the front of the card
The oval white card was die cut and I used a very pale pink card (that just happened to be in my tray on my work table!) to die cut the Gerbera. I added more colour to it using a blending tool that already had a darker pink ink on it
The stem and leaves were die cut from the same green paper and the same coloured distress ink added as on the rose leaves
The sentiment was also stamped and embossed then die cut
INGREDIENTS:
Until tomorrow....
June ~x~

I do so love a card which is different to a 'bog standard' shape and when you have added a 'June' flower to it youve sold me it before even reading its method.
ReplyDeleteYou have such an ability to make what could (and i stress 'could') be termed a 'boring' card into a FABULOUS card. And, i Thank you, yet again, for sharing and for explaining HOW TO make it xxx
thank you Pam
