As most of you know our grandson now lives in the south of England and, sadly and unfortunately, we rarely get to see him, it's heartbreaking for us but we do speak to him on a weekly basis, bearing in mind a 10 year old boy doesn't really want to chat to grandma and granda too long these days. I also send him the odd card and/or photo. One of my Christmas presents last year was a calendar with a photo of Max for each month, I love it and especially the one you'll see inside the card. He was hoping he'd get the 'Pie Face' game, which he did, (one of the presents from us) naturally we all had to play and we all were covered in cream.... I do not like cream, what you do for your grandson LOL
An insight to my card designs, tutorials, videos and tips. If somebody tells you that you have enough craft supplies and you don't need anymore... stop talking to them! You don't need that kind of negativity in your life!

ReplyDeleteLovely card June. Thank you for sharing this. Made a lot of these calendars in the past but haven’t done it for a few years. Perhaps I should start again.

ReplyDeleteAt 12 & 13 my grandkids have to be in the right mood but many a can of cream has been eaten/given to the dog/washed off or even flicked down the downstairs loo.
It is a real good game and im sure youre like me by enjoying our grandkids reaction when we get 'pie faced' - a good afternoons fun especially when there are a few players. Xxx
