ALL THINGS GROW WITH LOVE
Good morning bloggers
I hope you all have had a good weekend? The weather changed very quickly yesterday and I had to resort to switching on heating!... it's nearly June! My aunt, in Canada, had to have her air con on, there's no happy medium
For today's card I started with a 7" sq white card base and added a smaller panel of yellow card, then a smaller panel of black card
You may remember this stamp as I used it on 13 May blog post. It's from the 'Iloveart' on-line store. I have to mention here that this particular store is much better in posting your goods to you, compared to others in that area
I stamped the image onto white card using a black pigment ink then embossing it with a clear embossing powder
If you click on the image, left, and increase the size, you may see how the black really shines
I stamped the sentiment using the same ink pad but did not emboss it
The centre of the flowers were coloured using a ProMARKER pen and really match the yellow card
The verse, from the same stamp set as the sentiment, was also stamped with the black ink pad
I used a corner punch on the bottom of the insert and at the top of the other sheet of paper
To complete I partially stamped the image onto the corner of the envelope and coloured the centre of the flower
INGREDIENTS:
Until tomorrow....
June x
