Good morning crafty friends

I hope it's been a nice, weather wise, where you are.  Yesterday was so hot here

I used another 'unbranded' die for today's card. With any new dies I always die cut first on paper then on cardstock.  I keep the one on cardstock in the plastic storage pocket with the die set

I tried die cutting on glitter card and this is the result.  I'm quite please with it even though the die only cuts the small stars and the larger ones are not whole

Once die cut I adhered it to a DL card then removed any white card that was showing

I coloured the stars using the felt tip pens shown.  They are named 'Whisper' and I've had them for many years
To ensure the washi tape would adhere I first used adhesive tape (ScorePal, the one I use for my mini albums) removed the backing and added the washi

When I make another card I will add a strip of coloured card behind the stars as I think it will be more pleasing to the eye then colouring the background.  That said it does look better in the flesh than on the photo!
