LOVE

 Good morning crafty friends

This was originally an A5 card but once I heat embossed it I decided to cut it to make a 5"x7".... try to ignore the huge, half of 'copyright & design'  over the top of it!

I stamped and embossed the whole of the card front and the true colour is shown bottom left and top left on the photo below

The sentiment stamp has the tiny marks in the stamp and gives a different look to being just smooth.  You can see more clearly what I mean on the last photo at the bottom

I stamped and embossed on a heavy-weight parchment then die cut

I then decided to die cut the larger
die from the set, also in parchment and add the sentiment, it  has mounting foam added to the back, onto the larger piece of vellum

I have yet to stamp a verse inside

INGREDIENTS:
  • pearlised pink card - Crafter's Companion
  • parchment - Woodware
  • Spring Flower Words stamp set - John Lockwood
  • metallic gold rich pale embossing powder - WOW
  • 'Emma' frames and tags set - Creative Expressions

  2. what a lovely card June.
I think it would be better if the sentiment and die where horizontal on the card because it's wider.
hope you understand what I meant.

    1. Thank you Sue. It's been a bad few weeks and last week I had to eventually 'give in'
