AUTUMN & FRIDAY FREEBIE

Good morning crafty friends

A few days ago a gorgeous, crinkled leaf blew into our hall when the door was opened and I thought I could make a CAS card with it.... wrong, what I thought was a good place to keep it until I went to my craft room turned out to be not so good a good place at all as hubby binned it!  Not to be beaten I made this card

It's an A2 size white card base, top folding with a smaller panel of white card that I embossed and distressed the edges

I used one of my larger leaf dies and die cut it onto white card then, using several colours of inks I coloured it and added a few lines to it

A tiny bow was made and glued to the leaf stem

The sentiment was actually cut from the die package and adhered to white card then, adding mounting tape to the back, placed onto the card

INGREDIENTS:
  • bricks and bark embossing folder - Spellbinders
  • antique linen, cracked pistachio, vintage photo, wild honey - Distress Oxide Inks
  • tumbling leaves die set - Crafter's Companion
  • twine - Creative Expressions
This week's freebie is a set of Crafter's Companion stamps
