Good morning crafty friends

It's so good to be back!  What a week and more it's been.  I was rushed into hospital  with query 'cauda equina syndrome'.  A nightmare and a half let me tell you.  At the click of a finger it can leave you permanently paralysed.  My poor hubby and son were so very worried.  I was transferred from the Durham hospital to the RVI in Newcastle for an MRI scan.  I'm so thankful to say it was not that diagnosis so what on earth is wrong with me this time will, hopefully, be put right once I see two other consultants specialising in their own field of medicine

Hubby surprised me with a 'welcome home' present, a Sizzix Big Shot Plus!I decided to make a short review of the item and show the other goodies that were included.  You'll also see the condition of the back of my left hand where the junior doctor inserted the venflon, it felt as if he was trying to push it through my hand!

This sweet gift box measures 2.5" square and  I think I'll be able to post a template for you at a later date

Until tomorrow

June x

  1. Oh June - you don't do things by halves do you?Glad you are back on your feet again, but sad you are still going though this not knowing what is wrong. Lets hope you get to see a consultant sooner rather than later - putting everyone's mind at rest.
Thank goodness you are a crafter, and can divert your thoughts to pieces of pretty paper!!
The box is really pretty - just right for this time of yea - when our thoughts turn to parcels and packaging!
Keeping fingers and toes crossed for you for a positive outcome! Take Care!

  2. Hi June this is a stunning box I love it. Thank you for the review on the Big Shot Plus. I am so sorry that you have been so poorly. I do hope they find out what the problem is soon. Take care. Hugs Jackie

  5. Sorry to hear about your health problems. Sounds horrendous. Thank you for sharing the lovely box and the review of the Big Shot Plus. I have had this machine for a while now and am pleased with it. It is very sturdy. A real work horse.
