Good morning crafting friends

I hope you have had an enjoyable weekend

I saw Edith Wray/Scrapbooking With Me, make this card on YouTube and this is my version

It measures 4.5"x5.75" and because I've added 'protruding' embellishments on the inside it won't close flat.  If I were to send/give it to someone I would close it with pretty ribbon

The two larger and paler flowers I made using vellum and the 'love you' is from a sticker sheet by Teresa Collins/Vintage Finds

I had the starflower flowers, by John Next Door, already made and added a pearl to the centres of those and the vellum flowers

The pale paper makes it easy to write your message on the back of the card

  1. Lovely card June - would make a beautiful wedding card! The background paper is beautiful - do you know what collection it is from? o is it a 'stash' piece!?

  2. What a different kind of card - very nice. Will have to try this !!

  3. So pretty June and a lovely fold, xxxx

  4. Very pretty card June. Love the paper.

  5. Gorgeous card, June, lovely papers. I've made a couple of cards with this fold, but with the card portrait with a tent fold. I really like your design with the fold on the side - thanks for the inspiration. xx

  6. A beautiful card June. Sorry didn’t comment yesterday. Was st hospital and i5 slipped my mind to look at my emails.
