Good morning crafting friends
Two shaker cards today, both made the same way
5"x7" white base cards with glitter paper on top
I used an oblong die to cut the aperture then the same die plus the next smaller to it to create the frame. There are approximately 4-5 frames in white cardstock then the top one in the matching paper
With the card on the left I didn't want the lined paper to disappear into the card, hence I off-set it when it was die cut

Two gorgeous cards June and a great prize for someone, here's hoping, xxx
ReplyDeleteOooh love your sparkly cards June. I have many DI pads but not this one, thanks for the chance to win it : )
ReplyDeleteTwo lovely cards - had never thought of building up the frame like this June - usually use double sided foam tape - which I have never really liked!!! New inspiration- maybe I will have another go at a shaker card!! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteCards with frames always look so classy and as though you have spent hours on them. Love the different look for Christmas cards. Thank you June - please don't put my name in the pot for the distress ink as I have just bought that colour !!!
ReplyDeleteTwo lovely cardsJune. You do have some good ideas. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous elegant shaker cards, June.
ReplyDeletePlease don't put my name in the draw as I already have all distress inks.
