FESTIVE FRIDAY PLUS FRIDAY FREEBIE

Good morning crafty friends

I don't think I have blogged this card before.  I've used the 'dryer sheet' technique to give texture etc

What isn't showing so well is the glitter  over the dryer sheet, but, if you click on the picture then click original size, you may see the odd glitter here and there

The image is from a paper pad by Joanna Sheen.  I must have had this for 18 years at least!

I did adhere it to silver mirri and finally onto a 7"sq white card base

This week's freebie is shown below

Please leave me a comment on today's post if you would like your name added to the draw.  Draw closes at 6pm Saturday and the winner will be announced on Sunday's blog

We also ship internationally at no cost to you

    1. Thank you Lyn and thank you for letting me know you have received your goodies

I've tried several spray adhesives and, in my opinion, Docrafts Stick It! worked the best. I did lay a piece of parchment paper over it, then card, next an old embossing plate and left it overnight!

      Have a good weekend

  10. It is absolutely glorious, June! I don't know how to do the dryer sheet technique but it certainly does make your card look heavily textured with rich cottony style paper! IT IS GORGEOUS! hugs, de

  12. That technique gives such a lovely misty quality to the scene, and good for you in using that old paper pad as well. the contrast between the dryer sheet texture and the mirror card is fabulous!
