MAN MONDAY

Good morning crafty friends

I hope you all have a good weekend

I cut the front of this card  to make, what I think is called a 'scaling triangle' or a right angled triangle.  If anyone knows please tell me

It will stand upright when opened but the top fold will hang down.  I lifted it up to show you on the photograph below

The card measures 4" x 51/2

I stamped 'celebrate' and die cut it, added mounting foam to the back and adhered it to a belly band.  I did add ink around the edge

I used the 'Happy Birthday' and 'celebrate'  from the stamp set below

You'll soon be seeing a card using the celebration cake, it's a super stamp

I did receive this stamp free with my last Stampin' Up order

INGREDIENTS
  • ivory cardstock - Creative Expressions
  • circular die set - CE
  • designer series paper pack - Stampin' Up
  • denim ink pad - Adirondack/Ranger

  1. What a lovely card - trying to work out how you cut it, and what card blank you used!! Think you mean a 'scalene' triangle - but do we need to be very technical!! A triangle is OK by me! Would love to see you cutting plan (if possible) plz

    1. Thank you Lyn and for the correct name of the triangle. Hubby said it's my OCD kicking in, I've got to have everything right! lol I disagree of course (haha) being an business manager for the NHS then the PCT correct details were always required

  3. Super card, June. The papers are lovely and I love the unusual fold. A scalene triangle has three unequal sides, so it's both a scalene and a right-angled triangle. As Lyn said, a triangle is okay by me too. đŸ™‚ xx
