IT'S NEVER TOO LATE & FRIDAY FREEBIE
Good morning crafty friends
My mojo has gone! It's just got up and vanished without a word to me .... anyone else feeling the same?
I've wanted to use the above JND die set for sometime
The pale green base card is a 5" square and once die cut I added gold mirri card to the back of it and that was when I sat and looked at it for quite sometime. I even walked away and did some reading, came back to it, stamped and embossed the 'cheeky' sentiment (love this sentiment) and waited
So, in desperation and determined to do something with it, I punched several flowers and added them to the card, I felt I needed to add a spot of colour to it, but it still didn't do anything for me
Finally.... several tiny gold made a difference to the flowers and I decided that was a good time to stop!
the last word on the sentiment is 'luck' - it shows clearly on the card but not when photographed!
It's seems a while since I said this, if you would like your name added to the draw to win this stencil please leave a comment
You have until 6pm Saturday to do so and the winner will be announced on Sunday's blog
We also ship internationally at no expense to you

Think we all lose mojo at times - maybe, currently we have too much time to think!! Love the stamp you have used - so useful for all ages! Keep safe!
ReplyDeleteMine has too June, not just for crafting either, I have to say housework too !!!!!!.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card and I love this corner die of John's. Xxxx
Hi June this is a stunning card. I love it. I am struggling to craft. I am doing other things though. Who would have thought that having a walk around your local area would become a treat. Take care. Hugs Jackie
ReplyDeleteit's a beautiful and sweet card June

My crafting mojo seems to come and go. I've found it helps to have a temporary craft table set up in front of the television. If I haven't got the motivation to go into my craft room and just sit down to watch a DVD or a tv programme instead, then I'm more likely to actually do some crafting. Your card is beautiful and I love the sentiment. xx
ReplyDeleteHi June,
ReplyDeleteI hope your mojo will come back as quick as it disappeared.. My mojo is in quarantaine, so I'm lucky ;-)
I like the corner with color, that was a good decision!
Have a nice weekend!
Oh I know what you mean about your mojo taking a vacation lately June. I have all of this free time while at home but the entire day goes by and I haven't done a thing. Many is the time that I've started a card but just can't figure out what else it needs. Your lovely gold embossing and the flower were the perfect touch on this card though, and I do love that unusual die.
ReplyDeleteIt is horrible losing the way to go with crafting. Hope it doesn't last too long and you are are inspired soon. Keep safe and enjoy the sun fro indoors or the garden !!!
ReplyDeleteI think I work better under pressure and having all this time doesn't inspire me either. Stay safe and well
