ANOTHER UP-CYCLING CARD
Good morning crafty friends
I hope you had a good weekend, such a change in the weather yesterday, sun gone, rain and wind arrived!
It didn't take much to up-cycle this card. I love the colour aqua and this card was so pretty to just put through the shredder. My sister died over 10 years ago, sadly it was two weeks after her birthday and two weeks before her wedding. I now only have sister in laws, but one is very special to me (they all are, it's just this one has been in my life for 50 years and has always been like a sister) so I will keep this for her birthday in October and add an appropriate verse when I find one suitable
Does anyone else make cards many months beforehand? I have a box to keep the 'family & friends' cards
I made the base for an 8"x8" card using aqua cardstock, resized the card front to adhere to black panel then onto the card base and that was it :)
