MAN MONDAY

Good morning my crafty friends

I hope you've managed to have a good weekend.  It was a sunny day yesterday but quite breezy, my hands were like blocks of ice all day!  They usually are cold at the best of times but yesterday, for the month of June, ice!

We have a good friend who is, sadly on his own now and he and my hubby go fishing together and share other hobbies.  At a fishing meeting last year Fred was unable to attend and one of the committee men asked my hubby where his dad was that night.  It's been a standard joke since.  So as it was Father's Day yesterday, and him being on his own,  I made him this card

Hubby came back with the weekly groceries and bought me Phil Martin's box of goodies.... do you call them boxes, these monthly kits that are now available?

I must say that this was worth the £12.99 and was then shocked at the price for Australia $24.99!

There isn't an issue number on the box but the theme is nautical and packed with 53 stamps, a stencil, one die, lots of papers and a magazine

As I've mentioned previously poppies are my favourite flowers and we have these growing outside our garden fence, Steve is going to move the fence over a little and replace it so I hope he manages to get the poppies inside the garden without damage.  They are such a beautiful colours

INGREDIENTS:
  • night of navy card stock and stamping blends - SU
  • all other elements - Phil Martin's monthly box
Thank you for visiting my blog today, stay safe
