New Challenge At MAWTT

Good morning my crafty friends

Well, following two disastrous attempts of creating a scene for this month's challenge at
  Moving Along With The Times
the third attempt produced a very mediocre card 😌

Challenge: 120 On The Beach
Carole has chosen the theme and she would like to see 'on the beach' scenes

I coloured a DL card with fossilized amber for sand and broken china for the sky using distress oxide inks

The wonky stamp set was a freebie from Creative Stamping, either last year or the one before.  I stamped, coloured and fussy cut all the elements on the card then drew a few birds as well as stamping the sentiment, again from the same stamp set

When you have a moment why not pop over to the challenge and see the fabulous designs from my teamies, plus, you could also enter your own card into the challenge

The weekly give-away card will be shown tomorrow

Thank you for visiting today and for your kind comments on yesterday's blog post, I will pass them onto Faith too, take care

June x

  6. I will try again predictive text changed what I had typed. A beautiful beach scene card June. I do miss living by the sea.

  7. A lovely, peaceful beach scene, June. We went to the coast last week, but chose an area we knew would be quiet. Our nearest beach would have been crammed with people! xx

  8. Lovely summery looking scene - with no visitors!!

  9. Hi Jun,
such a great choice of stamps.
Just knew they would come in handy one day.
Fabulous how your card with the same stamps looks entirely different and lovely.
Great work on the secene and colouring.
Sorry I couldn't comment yesterday it was my Daughters Birthday and we spent the day together as she is in my bubble.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

  10. I love seeing all the different beach huts when I visit the in-laws! This card is brilliant,
