Forecast For Today

Good morning my crafty friends and visitors

Thank you for your kind comments on yesterday's post and welcome to my latest follower Janette/Janette@BoscraftyPlace

On today's card I've used several oxide inksfossilized amber/picked raspberry/salty ocean/seedless preserves/twisted citron

I also used a stencil by Tonic and one by Tim Holtz

The flowers and leaves are by IndigoBlu 'Marigold and Peony'

I bleached the background flowers and leaves then stamped the main flower onto card, fussy cut it, gave it some colour and used 'Wink Of Stella' over it to bring in the colour, I wasn't going for perfect colouring/shading.  I slightly heat set it then curled the ends of some of the petals to give it a little dimension.  I also coloured the back of the flower so as not to show white.  I sat the flower on top of the stamped one.... does that make sense?

and the 'cheeky' sentiments are by Tim Holtz 'Small Talk' (I love these sayings)

This week's FF is a Crafter's Companion stamp set

Please leave a comment if you would like your name added to the draw.  You have until 6pm Saturday to do so and the winner will be announced on Sunday's blog

We also ship internationally at no cost to you

Thank you for popping by and please stay safe!
