WEEKLY GIVE-AWAY CARD
It's Your Day!
Good morning my crafty friends
Do you think we'll see sunshine again this year? Absolutely so cold yesterday, heating on and my chunky jacket, my hands were like ice all day too. OK, that's enough of my twittering, onto the card
Some pretty coloured flowers on this week's card
A white DL card for my base then a smaller panel of green and white spotted card, on top of that a smaller panel of pretty floral paper that I distressed around all the edges
I added white lace behind the 'torn' pieces
The oval die was die cut on white card and is by Tonic
I used white 'art foam paper' by Heartfelt Creations and die cut the flowers using their 'Arianna blooms' die set, my overall favourite. The flowers were then coloured using distress oxides in 'fossilized amber', 'picked raspberry' and 'twisted citron'
The stamens are from when hubby and I owned a craft store, the leaves are from a botanical set, unknown make that I've had for quite sometime
I stamped the sentiment using an 'old olive' ink pad by SU and the sentiment, also by SU, is from the 'Under My Umbrella' stamp set
If you would like your name added to the draw please leave me a comment, you have until 6pm Friday to do so and the winner, picked by Random Number Picker, will be announced on Saturday's blog
We also ship internationally at no cost to you
Thank you for visiting and for your kind comments on yesterday's post, please take care
June x

Hi June,
ReplyDeletethis is a very pretty card and those flowers are gorgeous.
Love the colour choices.
Yes quite cold yeterday but I can't turn my heating on as it takes 24 hours to warm up and by then it will most prob be warmer and then it takes 24 hours to cool down again.
Blooming storage heater I hate them the only prob with where I live.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
